Ma question ; dois-je réparer cela et comment ?

Voici une réponse du support Microsoft :

Press Windows key + R
Type:
C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\
Hit Enter
Create the folder "TileDataLayer"
Open it then create another folder called "Database"

Est-ce compréhensible en anglais ?
